All Star Car Rentals Refund Policy
At All Star Car Rentals, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and flexibility. Please carefully review the following refund and cancellation policy applicable to all reservations:
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Customers may cancel their reservation without penalty by notifying All Star Car Rentals no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental period. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a 100% refund of the rental rate.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will incur a fee equivalent to 10% of the booking rental rate, which will be charged to the credit card on file. No other penalties will be applied.
Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Modifications
Should you wish to modify your reservation instead of canceling, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on availability, without any penalty, provided the request is made within the designated timeframe.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your reservation without prior notification will result in a 10% no-show fee applied to the credit card on file, as outlined in this policy. By making a reservation with All Star Car Rentals, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
