At All Star Car Rentals, we proudly offer the lowest rates in Grand Cayman! The only additional fee is a mandatory environmental fee.

As our rates change seasonally, the best way to find out the rates for your visit, is to begin the process of making a reservation!

Age Requirements
Minimum Age: Drivers to be at least 22 years old.
Maximum Age: Drivers over the age of 75 are required to complete a medical report by a physician approved by All Star Car Rental’s insurance provider. Please email us at reservations@allstarcarrentalsky.com to receive the necessary form. A one-time fee of $200.00 will apply, and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage is required.

Driver’s License
Valid License: You must have a valid driver’s license for the duration of the rental.

Fuel Policy: Full-to-Full
At All Star Car Rentals, all vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of your rental. To avoid additional charges, please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, All Star Car Rentals will charge the card on file for the cost of refueling, based on current market rates at the time of return.

We have several insurance coverage options available to our customers.

1. PREMIUM CDW – COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER + THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

Premium CDW provides our most complete level of protection. This coverage protects the rental vehicle and covers 100% of covered damages with zero deductible. Premium CDW also includes Third-Party Liability (TPL) coverage, providing protection for third-party property, vehicles, and pedestrians.

Coverage does not apply if the vehicle is used, operated, or driven in violation of any provision of the Rental Agreement. In such cases, the customer agrees to pay, upon demand, the actual cost of repairs, alterations, or replacement of the vehicle.

If CDW is declined, the renter will be 100% responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, up to the full retail value of the vehicle. Any applicable charges will be charged to the renter’s credit card.

If the renter has coverage through their credit card or another third-party insurance provider, the renter will be responsible for seeking reimbursement directly from that provider. All Star Car Rentals does not process claims through third-party insurance companies, which is why we offer our own coverage options.

· If the renter declines CDW: The renter will be responsible for all loss and damage to the rental vehicle, up to its full retail value, as well as applicable third-party vehicle, property, or pedestrian damages.

· If the renter accepts Premium CDW: The rental vehicle is fully covered for covered damages with zero deductible, and Third-Party Liability coverage is included.

· COMPACT – US$17.95/day
· MID SIZE & FULL SIZE – US$20/day
· VAN, SUVs & JEEP – US$21.95/day

2. STANDARD CDW – COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER

Standard CDW covers the rental vehicle and provides 100% coverage for covered damages to the rental vehicle with zero deductible.

Standard CDW does NOT include Third-Party Liability (TPL) coverage. This means that while the rental vehicle is fully covered, the renter will still be responsible for third-party vehicle, property, or pedestrian damages as outlined under our Third-Party Liability terms.

· COMPACT – US$12.95/day
· MID SIZE & FULL SIZE – US$15/day
· VAN, SUVs & JEEP – US$16.95/day

Renters under the age of 25 cannot purchase Premium or Standard CDW.

3. TPLW – THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY WAIVER

TPLW covers the “other person” or third party involved in an accident. This includes applicable third-party vehicle, property, and pedestrian liability.

If TPLW is declined, the renter will be responsible for the first US$1,900 of applicable third-party damages. After this amount, All Star Car Rentals’ insurance provider will cover the remaining eligible amount in accordance with the policy terms.

· If the renter declines TPLW: The renter will be liable for up to US$1,900 for third-party vehicle, property, or pedestrian damages.

· If the renter accepts TPLW: The renter is covered for eligible liability to third-party vehicles, property, and pedestrians.

Rate:

· ALL VEHICLES – US$10/day

Please notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental booking amount, which will be charged to the card on file.

Pick-Up Process
You will receive an email confirmation after booking.

Arrival
Please input a designated pick-up point or one of our agents will meet you at Owen Roberts International Airport holding a sign with your name on it.

Check-In:
Provide your reservation details, driver’s license, and a credit card. (We accept all major credit cards except American Express)

Review Rental Agreement:
Read through and sign the rental agreement. This document outlines the terms of the rental, including insurance coverage, and fuel policies.

Vehicle Inspection:
Inspect the vehicle with a rental agent. Check for any existing damage and ensure it is documented.

Receive the Keys:
Once everything is in order, you’ll receive the keys and be given instructions on how to operate the vehicle, if necessary.

Drop-Off Process:
Instructions for returning the vehicle will be provided to you upon arrival.

Yes, to maintain the quality and comfort of our vehicles, we kindly ask that all vehicles remain smoke-free and free of excessive sand.

While we understand that sand is part of enjoying the island, excessive sand can damage the interior and require extensive cleaning.

A $350.00 USD cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle contains excessive sand, evidence of smoking, or requires deep cleaning beyond our standard preparation.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our vehicles in excellent condition for every guest.

Customers choosing to pay by cash or debit card are required to provide a refundable security deposit of USD $500.00 at the start of the rental.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition, subject to any applicable charges, damages, fines, fuel differences, or outstanding balances.
